One Eighty engages hundreds of volunteers every month and are dedicated to making a positive impact in our community with the help of potential volunteers like you. Whether you are already involved in giving back or just starting your journey, we believe everyone has something valuable to contribute. Our goal is to connect people who have a desire to make a difference with the real needs in our community.

We have opportunities to support both adults and children.

There is a continuous need for volunteers to support the work that we do, and we would love to have you join our team.

Adults: Our 14-month residential program offers residents stable housing, job readiness skills, classes on a variety of life issues, relapse prevention skills, mentoring, Bible studies, and resources to meet their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs

Youth: Pointing kids to hope in Jesus through Quest for Christ and partner ministries.

M E N T O R I N G

As a mentor at One Eighty, you will play a crucial role in helping your resident in recovery navigate their challenges, identify their strengths and help point them to the Lord. As a mentor, you don't need to be an expert. Your example, encouragement, and presence can be invaluable to someone looking for guidance and direction. Our staff provides ongoing support, resources, and training to ensure that both mentors and mentees have a positive experience.

THANK YOU to our amazing community of mentors who are dedicated to transforming lives and creating meaningful connections.
