Job Title: Office Manager​

​

Join our team at One Eighty as our Office Manager and play a vital role as the first point of contact most people have with our organization. We're seeking an outgoing, organized and professional person who can be a public-facing ambassador for One Eighty, manage the day-to-day needs of our office, and perform light bookkeeping responsibilities. This position is full-time, 40 hours a week, from 8 – 4 pm Monday - Friday. Occasional evenings will be required during special events.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage the phone, door, mail, and other daily traffic in our busy office

• Facilitate the connection of potential service recipients, supporters and volunteers to One Eighty through intuitive questions, compassionate communication, and appropriate follow through

• Maintain an organized and efficient space, including inventory management, scheduling of facilities, light cleaning, and set up/tear down for events

• Support the Director of Finance in basic bookkeeping functions, including paying credit cards, creating invoices, weekly bank deposits, and processing donations

• Provide administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team

Requirements:

• Exceptional communication skills, particularly on the phone and in face-to-face interactions

• Passionate about our mission to bring restoration and hope to hurting people

• Reliable, detail-minded and trustworthy

• Able to flourish in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

• Demonstrates initiative with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Excel, Word

• Comfortable with basic financial duties like paying credit card bills and creating invoices (we will teach you the necessary software)

• Ability to model and articulate the redemptive work of God in their lives

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity or desire to learn about resources in the community that support people in need

• Lived experience in recovery or supporting someone in recovery

• People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $15 per hour

Expected hours: 8 am – 4 pm Monday - Friday
