The Church-State Partnership Tour in Scott County

Calling all regional ministry leaders! You are invited to join us for a powerful morning looking at how the church and government leaders can collaborate to reach into the dark places of Scott County - places filled with poverty, child neglect, addiction and violence - to set people free. The Church-State Partnership Tour, from the Church Ambassador Network and The Family Leader, will gather local ministry shepherds and government leaders together for this important conversation on Tuesday, Sept. 15 from 10 am - 12 pm. in the One Eighty Community Center at 601 N Marquette Street in Davenport. Your voice and your participation is needed if we are going to make progress TOGETHER.

The morning will be key-noted by Daron Babcock, Director of community transformation at Stand Together Foundation. Daron has helped numerous communities harness the untapped strength in areas of concentrated poverty in order to make deep changes that lead to human flourishing. He will be joined by other speakers from the Church Ambassador Network and state of Iowa government officials. Your presence in the room will complete the picture on how people of the Word and elected leaders can collaborate to break bondage in our communities.
